Salvatore Astorino, age 36, (can't decipher occupation, might be "contadino", farmer), living in Umbriatico, witnessed that at 1:00 PM on 5 March 1883 in a house in (Viro Destro?), of Rosa Vecchio, his wife, a thread-spinner, (something else I can't decipher), was born a boy named Angelo Francesco.
