Adeline Lovell

A Beloved Wife and Mother

Was born in this village and was a member of a family of twelve daughters and one son. At the age of twelve she united with the Baptist Church, and was ever afterward a consistent member, devoted to its principles and interests. For many years prostrated by sickness she bore her inflictions with Christian patience and resignation, waiting for her release, for which she was ever prepared and which came to her peacefully in her sleep.

"God giveth quitness at last, the common way once more is passed. From pleading tears and lingering fond, to fuller life and love beyond."
