SAINT ALBANS – Evelyn R. Crocker, 98, died April 30, 2022 at the Maine Veterans Home in
Bangor. She was born Dec. 8, 1923 in Fairfield, a daughter of Edmund and Lizzie (Foster)
Dickey. She graduated from high school and served as a WAC in the U. S. Army during
World War II. Evelyn is survived by four sons, David and wife Susan, Richard and wife Linda,
and Steven, all of St. Albans, and Michael and wife Arlene of Texas; nine grandchildren; 21
great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Ivan on October 5, 2006. There
will be no public services. Cremation arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport.
