G. Hilda Crocker
HUDSON - G. Hilda Crocker, 97, wife of the late Gerald C. Crocker, died Feb. 26, 2015, at a Bangor Hospital. She was born June 5, 1917, in Birmingham, England, the daughter of Wilfred and Nellie (Griffiths) Bird.

She was a former member of the Hudson Grange # 357, the PTA and was a founding member of the Hudson Hill Community Club. Hilda was a great cook and helper and enjoyed cooking for the holidays and spent her life making other people's lives better.

She is survived by two daughters, Sheila Crocker of Hudson and Sherry Clukey of Bucksport; and a granddaughter, Shannon Clukey of S. Portland.

There will be no services, but the family requests that friends visit them at their residence as is convenient. Those who wish may make donations in Hilda's memory to Port Resources, 280 B Gannett Drive, S. Portland, ME 04106. Cremation arrangements are by the Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth.
