ACKER - At the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, N.B, on August 20, 2012, Linda Jane Acker of McAdam, N.B. Wife of the late Henry A. Acker and daughter of the late Roy and Edith (Norton) McLaughlin.
Survived by her companion, Larry Thompson; daughter, Rosalee Scott of St. Stephen, N.B.; granddaughter, Jasmine; two sisters, 3 nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at Moores Mills Cemetery, Moores Mills, N.B. on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Visiting hours will be held The S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home, 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. on Thursday, August 23, 2012 from 2-4 PM and 7-9PM.
For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
