Dec. 31, 1753, Ephraim, Caleb and Elizabeth Pettingell, children (under 14 years of age) of Ephraim, late of Newbury, had their grandfather Caleb Moody appointed as their guardian. Jan. 21, 1754, administration was granted on the estate to Cutting P., brother of the deceased.
