Mary’s second husband, Samuel Bacon, Jr., in his will dated 5 April 1755, probated 20 April 1770, called her "my dearly beloved wife, Mary Bacon" and gave her the bed she brought with her at their marriage, half of his indoor household goods, half of his house and garden and half of the pears from his great pear tree, as long as she remained his widow. He also gave her one-third of his real estate and his Indian girl, Lucy Harry. He named his children and grandchildren by his first two wives. Witnesses were Silvanus Cobb, Stephen Cobb and Solomon Otis, Jr.
